We are currently seeking a highly skilled and versatile Tech Lead with proficiency in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) technology stack. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and websites, leveraging your expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
Reponsibilities- Demonstrate previous experience in dealing with international clients and successfully managing a team of 4 - 5 Developers.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices in both frontend and backend development.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Full Stack -- Web Developer, specializing in the MERN stack.
- Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript, Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js, React.js, MySQL, and MongoDB.
